You do not need to be in Mae Sot to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. King Taksin the Great is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Sacrificers Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Mae Sot close at 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Ban Mae Ku Noi, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Im Boutique Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. If you are sending to a guest of The Teak Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery for Mae sot Home school. is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ban Mae Tao School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Mae Sot School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Wat Chumphon Khiri, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Wat Mani Phraison are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hop Inn Mae Sot, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending to International Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
An order addressed to Maesot City Municipality Office should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the recipient’s address is in Ban Mae Ku Nuea, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at MK Restaurants, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
