Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Narathiwat

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Ban-BaLa Resort, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before sending to a workplace such as Su-ngai Kolok Bounbary Post, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at MX Coffee Shop & Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

When several people are giving the flowers together at Su-ngai Kolok School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
