Flower Delivery in Bozon — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Bozon

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at WOM Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before placing a workplace order for Mertelkom, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

If flowers are going to Mersin Şehir Mezarlığı, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
