Send your flower order for Al-Mamzar online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in Al Mamzar, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you cannot visit a guest at Mövenpick, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Sharjah Palace Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The location listed for Mövenpick is 46 Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Al Ittihad Private School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Victoria International School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ahmed Bin Sulyem School for Basic Education, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Al Majid Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Al Mamzar Masjid, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Gents Prayer Room, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Islamic Affairs & Charitable Department, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
When the destination is in Al Taawun, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Al Baik, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
