A flower order for Kalba can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Dhyatt, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check with the ward at Kalba Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
A delivery for Al Dana Nursery is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Al Furgan Primary School for Boys C1, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Al Hijrah Model School for Basic Education C2, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Female mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Male mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Umar Ibn Al Khattab Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Breeze Motel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Al Musalla Health Centre, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Passport Office, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the destination is in Khawr Kalba, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
