You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Wynyard Village. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Wellington Obelisk are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Obelisk in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Wynyard Village. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
For a service at Wynyard Park Chapel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at St Aidan, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at St James are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Kingsway House, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at The Glass House Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
