For delivery on the same day in Baxter, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Community Behavioral Health Hospital - Baxter, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. The address for Community Behavioral Health Hospital - Baxter is given as Grand Oaks Drive 14241; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Baymont Baxter/Brainerd Area, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Baxter, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check that Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baxter Brainerd Area can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. You will find Baymont Baxter/Brainerd Area listed at Fairview Road North 7208; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Heritage Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Lakewood Evangelical Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Baxter City Hall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Applebee's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending flowers to someone at Forestview? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
