A florist in Berkeley handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Builders of Berkeley in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Founders' Rock are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day flower delivery in Berkeley has an ordering deadline of 12:00, measured in local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. An address in Gourmet Ghetto should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Shattuck Plaza, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Berkeley Marina, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Graduate by Hilton Berkeley, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The address given for Hotel Shattuck Plaza is Allston Way 2086; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Berkeley High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Willard Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Martin Luther King Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Wat Mongkolratanaram are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Congregation Beth Israel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Saint Johns Presbyterian Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Center Building, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the destination is in La Loma Park, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Harris Funeral Home, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chez Panisse, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a recipient at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center - Herrick Campus, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
You will find Alta Bates Summit Medical Center - Herrick Campus listed at Dwight Way 2001; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
