Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Blowing Rock is 12:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
For a guest at Holiday Inn Express Blowing Rock South, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Green Park Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Sending to Meadowbrook Inn? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Holiday Inn Express Blowing Rock South is listed at Valley Boulevard 8412; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Blowing Rock Elementary, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Church of the Epiphany, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at First Baptist Blowing Rock, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Mount Bethel Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Blowing Rock Town Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Mellow Mushroom, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
