Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Brightwaters. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Buoy is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Cannon are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Brightwaters is 12:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Sending flowers to someone at Islip Middle & High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Masera Learning Center, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Calvary Baptist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at First Church of Christ, Scientist, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Holy Family Ukrainian Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Village of Brightwaters with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Chili's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
