Send flowers to someone in Cayuga Heights without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Monument of Ezra Cornell are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Andrew Dickson White Statue in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in East Ithaca.
When addressing flowers to a guest at The Springwater Inn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery for Belle Sherman Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Cascadilla School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Ithaca High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at St. Luke Lutheran Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Homewood Suites, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Second Tompkins County Courthouse / Governor Daniel D. Tompkins Building, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For an address in Northeast Ithaca, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Dream Tea & Poké needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
