Flower Delivery in Champlain

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

If the recipient works at Town of Champlain, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.

If flowers are going to Glenwood Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Golden Dragon, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
