Send your flower order for Loudoun online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Andrew Gooden in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Battle of Rock Hill Memorial Fire Hydrant is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Lansdowne Village Green.
For a delivery to a teacher at Broad Run High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Dominion High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Park View High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Herndon Friends Meeting House are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at The Church Of Jesus Christ, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Homewood Suites, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For someone working at Homeland Security Grants and Training, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For someone in Dulles, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A tribute addressed to Ashburn Presbyterian Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Cheeburger Cheeburger, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
