A florist in Manhasset handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Alicia Patterson are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Cedarmere is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in City Island.
Before ordering for a guest at Travelodge by Wyndham Manhasset, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Inn at Great Neck, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The location listed for Travelodge by Wyndham Manhasset is Northern Boulevard 1177; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Manhasset Secondary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Parkville School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Reconstructionist Synagogue of the North Shore are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Temple Beth Israel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Zion Episcopal Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Flower Hill Village Hall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For someone in East Garden City, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before sending a tribute to Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Antonino's Italian Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
