You do not need to be in Montauk to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Montauk is 12:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Breakers Montauk, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If the recipient is staying at Kenny's Tipperary Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Montauk Manor, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The listed address for Breakers Montauk is Old Montauk Highway 769; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Montauk Public School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Montauk Community Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Saint Therese of Lisieux Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Village, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
