For a recipient in Montvale, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. An address in The Enclave at Montvale should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a guest at Courtyard Montvale, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For delivery details relating to Courtyard Montvale, its listed address is Chestnut Ridge Road 100; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Pascack Hills High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Fieldstone Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Memorial Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Montvale Evangelical Free Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Saint Paul Episcopal Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Memorial Sloan Kettering Bergen County needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For a recipient at J.J. Blauvelt (Octagon) House, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Fire & Oak needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
