You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Moose Wilson Road. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Green Knoll Fire Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Moose Wilson Road is 12:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Check that Cody House can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If the recipient is staying at Crystal Springs Lodge, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Teton Science School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Teton Science Schools? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Alpenhof Lodge, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before sending a tribute to Aspen Hill Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Tram Dock, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
