You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Old Greenwich. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by 1BCG in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Cos Cob 9/11 Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Old Greenwich by the local cutoff of 12:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Byram should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hyatt Regency Greenwich, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Amsterdam Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at Hilton Stamford Hotel & Executive Meeting Center, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The listed address for Hyatt Regency Greenwich is East Putnam Avenue 1800; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Old Greenwich School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Albertson Memorial Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Sacred Heart Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Church of Patmos, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Cos Cob.
Before sending a tribute to Putnam Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Ocha Thai & Japanese Cuisine, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
