You can order flowers for Stamford online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by 911 Arch in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Jordan's Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the destination is in Glenbrook, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hampton, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Residence Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with Amsterdam Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. You will find Hampton listed at Mill River Street 26; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at J.M. Wright Technical High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Westhill High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Archangels Greek Orthodox Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Sacred Heart Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Saint Gabriel Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For an address in North Stamford, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If flowers are going to Woodland Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bartaco, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
