You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Arrange a flower delivery in Utica online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Christopher Columbus are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Dunham Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 12:00 local time for same-day flowers in Utica. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
If you are sending to a guest of DoubleTree by Hilton, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Utica, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Home2 Suites by Hilton Utica, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The street address listed for DoubleTree by Hilton is LaFayette Street 102; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Thomas R Proctor High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Utica Academy of Science Charter School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Watson Williams Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Saint Joseph and Saint Patrick Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Alexander Pirnie Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a tribute addressed to Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. For a tribute intended for Forest Hill Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Ancora!, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
