Send your flower order for Herkimer online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Mohawk Firemens Memorial Bell is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Herkimer is 12:00. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Red Roof Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Red Roof Inn is listed at Marginal Road 100; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Herkimer High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at First United Methodist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Temple Beth Joseph, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Saint Francis De Sales Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Town of Herkimer, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Before sending a tribute to Armory Hill Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Denny's needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
