Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in Valley Stream to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as John Paul Jones Park are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Tyson Building Historic Society Sign in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Valley Stream is 12:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the recipient’s address is in East Garden City, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Valley Stream South High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Memorial Junior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Springfield Gardens Educational Campus, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Saint Agnes Cathedral, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Congregation Aish Kodesh are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Evangel Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Office of Council Member Selvena N. Brooks Powers accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For an address in Queens, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before sending a tribute to Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bayhouse, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
