Order before 14:00 local time and your flowers can be with them before the day is out. We deliver Monday to Saturday, and you order online from wherever you are while the arrangement is made and delivered locally. A new job, a graduation, an exam passed — a win is worth marking the day it happens, and sending flowers to Zimbabwe takes a few minutes: checkout is in your own currency, and a card message comes with every order at no extra cost, printed word for word.
The win is today and the flowers can be too — choose from over 100 arrangements, and a florist in Zimbabwe makes it up and takes it to the door.

Arrangements are made with what's freshest. If a flower isn't available, the florist substitutes one of equal or greater value in a matching style, and that is a decision made in the shop rather than one that lands in your inbox. If the recipient isn't home when the delivery arrives, the florist will typically call them or arrange a redelivery. Both are ordinary parts of a delivery day, and neither changes what you paid.
Zimbabwe uses no postcode for street addresses — a P.O. Box and city is what the florist navigates by, as in P.O. Box 1234, Harare. Write it out in full, and add the recipient's local phone number: florists use it to confirm availability and pin down the exact address before they set out. If the address is a flat, put the door code in as well — it is a checkout field, and it adds nothing to what you pay.
The morning after a first date is a specific kind of message, and it is not one you can type. Flowers are the usual form, and gift baskets, plants and chocolates go out through the same florists, so the gesture can be sized to the moment. Bouquets come hand-tied and wrapped in cellophane or paper. Field-grown flowers are most abundant in the warm, dry winter months from April to October; through the rainy season from November to March, growers lean more on protected and greenhouse cultivation.
Roses, proteas, statice, chrysanthemums and carnations are grown around Mazowe, Marondera, Harare and Nyanga in the Eastern Highlands, and wholesale stock moves through Mbare Musika market in Harare. What a florist builds from it tends to be colourful and densely packed, with tropical accents, and eucalyptus, asparagus fern and leather leaf fern filling out the shape. Roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, lilies and gerberas are the counter staples. For a funeral, white flowers, lilies above all, are conventional, and a wreath is the expected form. Wreaths and formal funeral pieces need 24–48 hours' notice.
Mother's Day, the second Sunday of May, and Valentine's Day on February 14 are the exception to the usual schedule — florists open for the big flower days, so your order can arrive even when the date falls on a Sunday. Order at least 48 hours ahead for both. Those two are also the days flowers are most commonly given here. Wedding season runs with the dry season, April to October, when demand for bridal and event flowers peaks. Independence Day on April 18 puts flowers into national celebrations and commemorations, and Christmas on December 25 sees them given alongside the rest of the festive gifts.
Someone mid-journey is almost impossible to reach with a delivery. An airport, a railway station or a cruise terminal is not somewhere a bouquet can wait for them, so send to their hotel, office or home address instead, timed for after they arrive. Hotel receptions ask for the reservation name and room number, so put both in the order rather than leaving reception to guess. For a workplace, keep the delivery inside office hours and pick a day the recipient is in, and give the company name so reception can pass it on.
Yes — order before 14:00 local time and your flowers can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered on the next available day you choose at checkout.
Yes. You can pick any future delivery date at checkout, and the calendar only offers dates that are available. Choosing the date yourself is the safest option around busy periods.
Acceptance depends on the hospital and ward — check before ordering; otherwise delivery goes to reception. Use the hospital's own city and full address, with the patient's full name and, where possible, the ward or room.
Yes. Include the resident's full name and, where possible, the floor or unit. It is worth checking the residence accepts flower deliveries; reception will usually pass them on.
You can request a preferred time slot, but exact times cannot be guaranteed — deliveries follow the local florist's routes and workload for the day. The delivery date you select at checkout is honoured.
