Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the recipient’s address is in Al Warqa'a 1, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Premier Inn Dragon Mart, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for alhome, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending flowers to GEMS Our Own English High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Cedar School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Uptown School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Abdul Rahman Mohammed Kiteet Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Bilal Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Imam House, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at ibis Styles Dragon Mart Dubai, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before placing a workplace order for Dubai Police Vehicle Impound Yard, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For someone in Al Warqa'a 2, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Acai & Co., check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
