A florist in Al Garhoud handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Al Garhoud.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Before ordering for a guest at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For a guest at Le Meridien, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The address given for Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport is Airport Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to New Indian Model School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at The Indian High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dubai International School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Masjid Bin Darrai, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Masjid, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Emirates Transport, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pak Darbar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
