You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Al Buteen. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Heritage House is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Al Ahmadiya School are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Al Hamriya Port, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Dubai Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. For a patient at Medeor 24x7 Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
A flower order for someone staying at Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for ibis Styles Dubai Jumeira, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If the recipient is staying at Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For an order addressed to Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton, the listed location is Al Seef St; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Dubai Grand Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at St Marys Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Al Zarooni Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Doctor Sulaiman Al Habib needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For flowers addressed to someone at Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Al Jaffiliya, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Khan Murjan Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Dubai International School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Before sending flowers to The Indian High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
