Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Port Saeed. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Port Saeed, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a guest at Pullman - Deira City Centre, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If you are sending to a guest of Aloft Dubai Creek Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Copthorne Hotel Dubai, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address given for Pullman - Deira City Centre is شارع 8; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Por Saeed Al Sharqy Masjid, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Port Saeed Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Sheikh Hamdan Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at DNRD with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Acai & Co., say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
