For a recipient in Al Muteena, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For someone in Al Muteena, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Check with the ward at Aster Clinic before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Before arranging flowers for someone at Premier Diagnostic Centre, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For a guest at Dubai Palm Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Icon Hotel Apartments, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When a funeral service is held at Ahmed bin Sultan bin Saleem Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Al Zahra Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Bilal bin Rabah Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Prime Health centre Ekka's office, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Check whether DEWA accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a table booked at Pak Darbar Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
