Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Matsumoto online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Jizō are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Konpira Ōkami in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Matsumoto is 12:00, local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. An address in Marunouchi should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Kamikochi Lemeiesta Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Mor-Schein, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
If the service takes place at Jorinji, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Fukashi Shrine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Tsukama Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Matsumoto Hotel Kagetsu, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Night Medical Center, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
For flowers addressed to someone at Matsumoto Castle Management Office, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Saizeriya, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
