Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Bukit Gelugor. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Brown Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Overseas Chinese Anti-War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Place a same-day order for Bukit Gelugor by the local cutoff of 15:00. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Dato Keramat, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Iconic Marjorie Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check that iStay Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a delivery to a teacher at Chung Ling (Private) High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Chung Ling High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Penang State Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Tabernacle of Praise Penang, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Travelodge Georgetown, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a recipient at JPJ Batu Uban, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Pinang River, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the delivery address is Leong San Tong Khoo Kongsi Funeral Parlour, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at PappaRich, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
