Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Orange Villa 2, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Golden Whell, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Sending to OYO Sri Indar Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending flowers to Jit Sin Independent High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at SJK (C) Beng Teik (Pusat), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for SJK (C) Keow Kuang is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Minor Basilica of St Anne, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Masjid Sungai Rambai are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Tan Sie Eng Chuan Tong Association, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at ATTA, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending to a workplace such as JKR SPT Operation Office, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Residensi Harmoni, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at HONG KEE KOPITIAM @ BM, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
