Same Day Delivery
A florist in Beira Alta handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Casa de Agustina Bessa-Luís are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Beira Alta close at 18:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Address details for Bairro Brasil should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering for a guest at Quinta da Azenha, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Básica de Santa Comba, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo com Jardim de Infância de Fonte (Padrão)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo com Jardim de Infância de Outeiro, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Capela da Feira, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Natividade, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Aldeia do Tâmega, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For someone working at Junta de Freguesia de Banho e Carvalhosa, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
An address in Barracão should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pena Amarante needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
