Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Matrei am Brenner without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Matrei am Brenner is 14:00, local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Krone, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Parkhotel Matrei, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The address given for Hotel Krone is Brenner Straße 55; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Kriegerkapelle, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Spitalskirche hl. Geist are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Gemeinde Matrei am Brenner, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Gasthof Lamm, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
