If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

When ordering for a recipient at Gemeindeamt Mieders, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.

A delivery timed for a meal at Alpengasthof Sonnenstein needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
