For same-day flower delivery in Hoeseong-dong, place your order before 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Gyobang-dong, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Paesyeon Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check with Plaza Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Gamcheon Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Gwangnyeo Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Masanjungang High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Hogye Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at SEOHAGSA are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Sangnam Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Masan Royal Tourist Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Use the hospital’s full address for Gimhyeongman Plastic Surgery Clinic, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For an address in Seokjeon-dong, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Bae Fish Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
