Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Serra de Agua e Leite online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Busto de Doutor Eduardo Freitas is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Busto de Padre António Durães in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Serra de Agua e Leite, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Beira Alta.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo com Jardim de Infância de Fonte (Padrão)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo de Assento (Santiago), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo de Borba de Godim is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Igreja de Santa Maria de Airães, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Igreja de São Mamede de Vila Verde, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Igreja do Salvador, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel 4615, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
An order for a staff member at Junta de Freguesia de Figueiró (Santiago) should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For someone in Carreira Chã, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Mundo da Música needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
