Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Lyall Bay can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For someone in Breaker Bay, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Intercontinental, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Travelodge, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery for Wellington East Girls' College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Hataitai School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at South Wellington Intermediate School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at All Saints are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at St Aidan's Anglican Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Wellington Buddhist Centre, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at City Life Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Check whether St Patrick’s Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Happy Valley.
If the delivery address is Lychgate Funeral Home, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. If flowers are going to Mount Street Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Hiakai, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
