For a recipient in Central, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Casa da Botica are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Forca de Louredo in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Central. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For an address in Gondalães, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before sending flowers to Escola EB1 Duas Igrejas, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Jardim Infância de Duas Igrejas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Sede de Escuteiros - 1039 Vilela, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Igreja de São Pedro (Mosteiro de Ferreira), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Mosteiro de Vilela are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Câmara Municipal de Paços de Ferreira, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
