Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Mullens is 12:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
For a delivery to a teacher at Mullens Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at First Baptist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Highland Avenue Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel Wyoming can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mullens City Hall, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at The Rebel Smokehouse, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
