Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Hida. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Order before 12:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Hida. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Miyagawamachi-Nakazore.
Before ordering for a guest at Hida Furukawa Supernza Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a service at Enkō Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Honkō Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Keta Wakayama Shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hida Tomoe Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a recipient at Ochiai Kakiuchi Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
For someone in Miyagawamachi-Negasore, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at restaurant Tsuruya needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
