Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For delivery on the same day in Telfes im Stubai, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the recipient’s address is in Gagers, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Sending to Hotel Oberhofer? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel White Mountain, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Sending flowers to someone at Landesmusikschule Stubaital? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Volksschule Telfes, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ski School Stubai, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Pfarrkirche zum Hl. Pankratius, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kapelle Halsl, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Plöven-Kapelle, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Montana, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Check whether Telfes im Stubai;Tourismusverband Stubai-Telfes accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
When the destination is in Kapfers, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Fronebenalm, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
