A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Lemon Tree Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a delivery to a teacher at Delhi Public School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Angels Palace International School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at KIIT school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.

For a service at Radha Krishna Mandir, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Ram Mandir, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Shani Mandir, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
