Arrange a flower delivery in Hanno online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Address details for Oaza Azu should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check that HANNODAI-ICHI HOTEL can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Heritage HANNO sta., ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hanno Municipal Kaji Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Saitama Prefectural Hanno High School (South Building)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Namiyanagi Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Chokoji-Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Takedera, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Shaka-do, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Business Hotel Azuma, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
An order addressed to Hanno City Water and Sewerage Fee Center should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
A delivery timed for a meal at Coco's needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
