Flower Delivery in Hinode

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

Address flowers for someone at Hinode town hall with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.

When the destination is in Oguno, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.

For a tribute intended for Akigawa Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

For a table booked at Hourai-Ya, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
