Send flowers to Miyake from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. How to Order Flowers for Miyake

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Byobu should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Flower Delivery in Miyake — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Miyake

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Iwami, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
