For a recipient in Yugawara, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Yugawara is 12:00. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Ueno-ya ryokan, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For a guest at La Classe, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a service at Tenshozan Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Hachiman Jinja, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Hachiman Jinja Ritual Cleansing Fountain, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Goen No Mori should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Herlequin, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
