Arrange a flower delivery in Odawara online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Hamacho 4-chome.
Before sending to Odawara Municipal Medical Center, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. For a patient at National Hospital Organization Hakone Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Sending to Odawara Terminal Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Posh, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Flowers for a service at Hōtoku-Ninomiya Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igami Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Matsubara Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Toyoko Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Yamachika Memorial Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
If the recipient works at Odawara City Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When the destination is in Ishibashi, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at FUSION DINING F needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
