Flower Delivery in Komae

Send flowers to someone in Komae without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Komae

For a delivery to a teacher at Komae Dai-yon Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Komae Dai-roku Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Komae Dai-go Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.

Flower Delivery in Komae — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Komae

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at Komae City should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Inogata 1-chome.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bikkuri Donkey, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
