Sending Flowers to Schools in Machida

Before sending flowers to Naruse High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Yamazaki High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Tokyo Metropolitan Machida Senior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Machida

If the service takes place at Yagara Hachiman Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Catholic Machida Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Mochio Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Machida

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Toyoko Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a thank-you addressed to staff at Machida Municipal Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at Machida City Health Center, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Kisohigashi 4-chome, use that locality name within the delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Yamada Udon, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
