What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Toyoko Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a patient at Tachikawa Sogo Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.

For someone working at Tachikawa City Hall, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Midori-chō, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Ippudo, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
